Homebuyers Report

A Homebuyers Report is less comprehensive than a full structural survey but gives a good indication of the state of the property and its level of repair and maintenance.

At Thameside Surveying, we report on all visible parts of the property, identifying issues such as subsidence and foundation problems, roof repairs, damp, insulation requirements, timber defects, main walls, external & internal joinery, internal and external decoration.

We will look into all services, gas, water, heating, drainage etc and identify any visible defects.  The report does not look into building regulations or consents for any extensions or conservatories.  These will be highlighted in the report but it is imperative to raise these issues with your solicitor to confirm that all regulations have been satisfied.
